Policies

  • We ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If canceling within 24 hours, 50% of the original service price will be charged. No shows or same day cancellations are subject to a full price charge. If these windows fall on a day when the salon is closed or outside of regular business hours, please email wroysalon@gmail.com to make sure your message is received.

    We do understand that life happens and certain circumstances such as illnesses occur unplanned. It is up to the discretion of each stylist whether to apply cancellation fees or not.

  • We are a neighborhood salon and as such, we love to accommodate families. As a courtesy, most stylists will happily accommodate their clients’ children OR have a minimum age requirement of 10 years old. Please contact the salon to see which stylist would be a good fit for your child.

    We ask that you not bring children with you who do not have an appointment unless they can be supervised.

  • At W. Roy Salon, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your hair service. We understand that sometimes a minor adjustment may be necessary after your appointment. To provide the best service to all our clients, we have established the following policy:

    • Clients are entitled to one complimentary adjustment for any service received, provided the adjustment is requested within 14 days of the original appointment.

    • Adjustments must be requested within this 14-day window to be eligible for the complimentary service.

    • After the 14-day period, any additional adjustments or services will be charged at the regular rate.
